Versi terbaru tutorial addon domain tidak terlepas dari pembaharuan cPanel. Versi lama bisa Anda lihat disini. Addon domain name adalah penambahan domain name lain pada web hosting utama yang telah tertaut pada domain name tertentu.

Sebagai contoh dalam tutorial ini: Domain name teakw.com di addon kedalam cPanel hosting milik bliorange.com (domain & hosting utama). Pastikan name server teakw.com memiliki setting name server yang sama dengan bliorange.com.

Tutorial cara addon domain name di cPanel hosting sebagai berikut:

1. Masuk langsung ke cPanel, atau bisa masuk cPanel melalui member area.

2. Di dalam cPanel klik Domain.

3. Klik tombol Create A New Domain

4. Masukkan domain name lain pada kolom Domain. Uncheck (non aktifkan) Share document root … dan selanjutnya akan tertera settingan otomatis dibawahnya. Klik tombol Submit.

5. Akan ada pemberitahuan addon domain telah terpasang.

Tunggu beberapa jam agar domain name lain bisa mengenali dengan baik web hostingnya. Perlu diingat juga bahwa free SSL juga sedang dalam proses pendaftaran.
